face to face coaching

Our face-to-face coaching is designed for women who want to learn how to train properly.

You may be new to strength training and want to be guided from the very basics, or you've been in the gym for a while and want to refine your technique and learn how to push with more intensity.

Our coaching is grounded in strong training foundations, proper technique and learning how to train effectively. We'll teach you how to perform exercises correctly, understand the principles behind your training and learn what to prioritise to see progress.

You don't have to stick to the treadmill or hide away in the quiet corner of the gym.

We'll help you feel comfortable on the main gym floor, understand how to challenge yourself appropriately and train productively so you can continue making progress over time.

Our goal isn't to smash you in a session so you can't walk the next day. It's to help you build the knowledge, skills and confidence to back yourself when we're not there.
